Pinmux Design Files for a Demo Board

I've been trying to create a Pin Mux Design File for my design and am getting confused.  I think locating a Pin Mux Design File for a AM335x Startup Board, EVM Module or BeagleBone Board would really help.  Is there one available?  Where would I find it.

My intended board uses:

CAN x 2/UART/ SD Card/ 100 Ethernet (prob. RMII)/I2C/SPI/USB (OTG)/and 6 General Purpose I/O Lines (Toggles and LEDs). I found figuring out which signals to use for for the 100 Ethernet and the SD Card to be difficult.  Is there a good resource that will help me?
