Hi,

I have a question about DM368 DDR2 DDRPHYCR1 register.

For what purpose does DDRPHYCR1.CONFIG_EXT_STRBEN will be used?
And what kind of difference does processing of DM368 have by choosing external or internal?
I can't find any information about this from DM368 DDR2 User's Guide.

I had read access problem but when I changed the setting of CONFIG_EXT_STRBEN
from external to internal, the problem was solved.

    I also want to know in which condition allow to select internal strobe gating?
    And are there any method to check that the condition is matching to select internal strobe gating?
