Hi,
Section 6.1.2 Device Nomenclature of the AM335x datasheet says:
X - Experimental device that is not necessarily representative of the final device's electrical specifications and may not use production assembly flow.
There isn't anything about the device functionality.
Please check this thread out:
peaves said:Early production devices may also be based on the first silicon revision or may be based on newer silicon revisions. Please refer to the AM335x Silicon Errata for a list of know issues for each silicon revision.
I checked the device errata and there is nothing mentioned about the Debug Suspend Support for Peripherals.
Best regards,
Miroslav
Hi,
DebugSS 0x4B00_0000 is not an available area , both in XAM335x and AM335x silicon revision1.0 . I do not have a silicon revision2.1 device,How can I use the DebugSS functions?
Thank you!

Yaoming,
i am sorry but there is a omission in the TRM. The base address of the Suspend Control Registers described in Ch 27 is 0x4B16_0000 (eg, the Watchdog_Timer_Suspend_Control register is 0x4B16_0200). This will be fixed in the next TRM revision.
These registers should work in all silicon revisions of AM335x.
Regards,
James
