Matrix APP program crashes after using a USB keyboard on DM8168 platform

DM8168 start to Matrix APP , the mouse can be used normally, but when using the USB keyboard,The Matrix APP program crashes.

And all  the same effect occurs in our own QT program.

please give me a hand,thanks.
