Fails to discover IP address using EVM DM6437

Hi,

I try to to discover IP address while perfotming host-side demo application according to instruction in DM6437 Getting started guide but i failed to do it.

I saw that many people faced this issue using this board this is a reason why i try to connect it after static IP address modification.

I have no router so i connected the EVM DM6437 directly to the PC via Ethernet cable  .

I want to connect the board after modification of static IP .I did the following describe on attached picture 

After this action i don't know how to continue...How is the board know it should to connect to 169.254.160.103 IP address and how  to update that is the 169.254.160.104  my board's address?Where can i update it? What is the next step to do?
