OMAP5432 as usb3.0 superspeed host

We are using Linux 3.8.5 on OMAP5432 ES2.0 uEVM board and running into problems with the usb3.0 superspeed when the board is operating as a usb host.

The system works fine when as usb-device, using g_ether and connected to a PC with USB3.0 controller. We can move about 4.2MiB/sec easily.

When we try and use the ES2.0 as a usb host, we run into issues where devices either fail to enumerate, enumerate and fail (scsi discs failing scsi read identity commands) or continually reset when trying to run SuperSpeed. We have USB2 devices run ok when in high-speed mode and can mount usb discs.
