SDHC speed problem in WINCE 6.0 R3

Hello.

I have a big problem with the SD-Card controller.

We have a own board with a AM37XX and WINCE 6.0 R3.

I have a little app to test the speed of writing to an SDCard.

When I use a 2GB SDCard, the app takes about 4 sec to write the testfile.

When I use a 4GB SDHC Card, it takes about 40 sec to write the same file.

Have anyone an idear for solving this problem?
