second ubifs boot from nand kernel panic

I'm developing using DM8127 IPNC and I'm Having problem with nand boot.

I flashed the file system to nand uboot:

nand scrub 0x006C0000 0xB940000
mw.b 0x81000000 0xFF 0x3400000
tftp 0x81000000 DM812x/nand/ubifs_ipnc.bin
nand erase 0x006C0000 0xB940000
nand write 0x81000000 0x006C0000 0x33A0000
 

Now the first boot from nand goes ok, BUT the second time I get kernel panic, here is the log:
