Need DMA example for transfer of data between FPGA and RAM

We have an FPGA connected to the DM8148 via GPMC. We want to use DMA to speed up the transfers between RAM and the FPGA. We cannot find any sample code to integrate DMA with the GPMC. Does anyone have a working example?
