PU & PD Strength

During Reset and after Reset Release, GPIO on the AM335X is often L (High-Impedance with a PD) or H (High-Impedance with a PU).

I've been unable to locate documentation of the strength of these PDs or PUs. Can you direct me to where this is specified?
