LVDS Transmitter with DM385

Hi,

We have used 10.1'' LCD with DM385. The LVDS transmitter we used is DS90C385AMTX for 24bit RGB. But nothing is displaying on LCD after we power on & uboot. We are suspecting the problem with LVDS transmitter pin configuration. We have RGB assignment for all TXIN lines in DS90C385AMTX datasheet(AC timing diagram) but it is not matching with SNLA014 App Note. Currently we followed as per datasheet.Which assignment is correct in these both? Whether we should go with datasheet or APP note?
