Cannot suspend on AM335x with DDR3 memory

Dear all

Machine can suspend completely on AM335x EVM board with DDR2, but cannot suspend completely with DDR3

To my research, it hangs in function "am33xx_do_wfi_sram" in file that called "arch/arm/mach-omap2/pm33xx.c"

so, I wonder to know why it hangs, if anyone knows?
