CPU suspend,CPSW TX_ISR

Hi.

I do a test ,puting the CPSW send function in the 1ms DMTimer ISR,and the interrupt  prority of DMTimer is high than CPSW TX ISR. Than the CPU is suspended,if I use a XDS 100v2 connecting it ,“Suspend” and than "Resume",the CPU will be resumed soon, but,a little minites ,this phenomena again.

Thank you

  • It is difficult to understand the question.  Are you questioning why the suspend process may take a long time during this scenario?  In general, if you have a long running process running at interrupt level, it could delay the process of suspend/resume.  Is the delay correlated to the length of the running interrupt process?

  • The process running at interrupt level takes a little time,I send  the data throught CPSW both in main and DMTimer_ISR,I disable the interrupt during sending. and this makes the backstage(main) suspend, but the interrupt is normal, and the CPDMA STATUS Register value is 0x2000,ownership bit not set in input buffer.I never clear the this bit in my driver.

What operation may clear the ownership bit ?

    Thanks
