Buildfile Generation Error for STK-MED on 6678

I get the following error trying to build fftlib_c66 on the 6678. What is going on here? I have been able to successfully build other sample programs using this same configuration.

Buildfile generation error occurred..
This project does not contain a buildable RTSC Configuration (.cfg) file. In order for it to build, this project must contain one RTSC Configuration file that is not excluded from build.
Build stopped..

This problem exists on CCS Version: 5.2.1.00018 and doesn't exist on an earlier version of CCSv5. The fix was to manually include build.cfg. Something about CCS 5.2.1 excludes the CFG file because of duplicates. Or at least that is what I gathered from " http://e2e.ti.com/support/development_tools/code_composer_studio/f/81/p/203656/738671.aspx ".

Now it works.
