Good question - I was just going to ask that.

Hopefully somebody will answer, otherwise we're just two lost souls.

Unfortunately, the answer is no. The VLIB is only available on devices that use the C64x and C64x+ DSP CPUs. These are fixed-point CPU architectures, whereas the C67x is a floating-point CPU architecture.
