TMDXBDKFP5515 and when he inputs fingerprints, they are not registering the fingerprint. Then when he looks up a fingerprint, it does not match anything.

    I have loaded the program onto the FDK. But when I use the push button labelled enroll to store my fingerprints it says wait until green light is done flashing. I've tried different ways and none of them work. I am unable to enroll fingerprints and than check to see if my fingerprints match. I have gone through all manuals I have found and went step by step whether its installing the software or using the hardware.
