Dear frnz...,

I am trying to connect tms320vc5416 with the emulator XDS100 v1 by using the IDE CCS v5 ...But am facing error..Is der any possiblity to connect C5416 via XDS100??

if possible pls let me know... In ccs v5 --> new hardware configuration they gave support for xds100V1..... reply soon ppl & thks in advance...

I am using CCS5.2.1.00018. I can see DSK5416 under Texas Instruments XDS100v1 USB Emulator. Have you teried this one? What is your error message?

hi , am not using Spectrum Digital kit (DSK5416) . am trying to connect TMS320VC5416 processor through xds100v1 jtag emulator...

Hi,

That is my custom board ...I think am having booting issue ...If i want to connect with emulation boot what are all the modification i need to do in my hardware??

HI,

The following statement is ma error, while am trying to connect via jtag emulator(xds100v1) with CCSv5

C54xx: Error connecting to the target: (Error -1063 @ 0xFFF) Device ID is not recognized or is not supported by driver. Confirm device and emulator configuration is correct, or update device driver. (Emulation package 5.0.470.0)
