displaying character on the lcd

I am presently working on spectrum digital tidm816x. I want to display character on the lcd screen that come with the baord. I am able to display the image on the screen but is there any way that i can see the character on the lcd what ever key i am pressing on the keyboard.

Is it is possible to display a character on the screen ?

Hi,

Sure it can be done. Can you search font files in your software package installed? Also search for LCD related functions.

thanks for the reply. Would you please elaborate on the software package, Are you referring to code composure studio or ezsdk or its is something that is to be downloaded and build in the kernel. Also if possible please provide me the links and document that deal with this issues.
