Hi,
I have one question regarding VPFE register setting of AM3517.
My customer made own AM3517 video capture board based on AM3517EVM.
They use the example application "saUserPtrLoopback" of AM3517 SDK. Customer had some troubles, but finally they succeeded capturing and displaying of NTSC 480i(720x480 interlace 30fps) .
But they can't have success for HDMI 720P(1280x720 progressive 60fps) video data. They system freeze suddenly while capturing HDMI data. The LCD screen is blacked out, and system is freezed.
Customer's capture signal flow is the below.
1280x720p@60Hz HDMI signal ---> signal conversion IC ----> YCbCr -------> CCDC input, 16bit bus.
Also they shrink the capture data for the limitation of Display driver by software.
