This is described in section 26.1.7.6 of the AM335X Technical Reference Manual (Rev.H).

Where can I find a diagram showing command and address bytes with reference to clock during SPI BOOT?

There isn't a diagram. The SPI boot parameters are listed in section 26.1.7.6.1.
