Does the EMR2 setting be supported on AM335x EMIF?

Hello,

I am considering that AM335x and DDR2 memory are used by high temperature case.
On DDR2 memory, it can be supported by using 2x refresh rate.

To set 2x refresh rate, I need to set the EMR2(Extended Mode Register 2) inside DDR2 memory.
Does the EMR2 setting be supported on AM335x EMIF?

I can see that it is supported by SDRAM_REF_CTRL register for DDR3.
But, I can not find setting for DDR2. Could let me know?

the SRT bit in SDRAM_REF_CTRL applies to DDR2 as well. This is an omission in the TRM which will be fixed in the next release.

Can I have once more question?
I understood that the SDRAM_REF_CTRL register is available also for DDR2.
In addition to the SDRAM_REF_CTRL, are there any registers which is available for DDR2?

This is confirmation:
- Is the SDRAM_REF_CTRL->reg_pasr supported for DDR2?
