Starting kernel hangs

Hi All,

I am working on linux(2.6.37)-omap 04.02.00.07 on 37xx.

Once the board boots up, it hangs with this messages "Starting kernel". I dont get any uncompressing message.

Console is ttyO2, and mach id is correct(bootloader and kernel). Is there anything that i can try to debug this any further as i dont see any message.
