Sorry, the link I sent above is the US Export website, but then can you actually download the software that this link posts to? I cannot. It allows me to click download and then just sits there. I can't copy the URL because it is user specific. Please let me know if you actually get software when you use this link.

If you click on the HELP link, then FAQs, the first FAQ states:

Download started but will not finish

Details: Download FAQ

Check browser information bar SECURITY settings.

To download, you have to have the IE SECURITY settings correct. If you click on the HELP Link, you'll get a list of options for which version of IEx you are using: http://www.ti.com/general/docs/staticcontent.tsp?contentId=49039
