Decode and Encode

Dear all,

 

I work on 8148, and I connect to RGB a stream from camera (http://www.aiptek.com.tw/c0_1.php?bid=2&cid=5&pid=1). I write the follow cmd in script file (PFA), to encode from camera to file and then immediately to decode from the file.

On the screen I see a clear view, but when I try to view the file in VLC, I see it not  so clear, and when I decode the file, I see only an white screen in the middle of the screen.

 

please help me know what is it working well, and what the solution.
