Dear Sir/Madam,

What is the process technology used to fabricate the OMAP-L138, is it purely based on bipolar technology, CMOS, BiCMOS? We will like to know the underlying IC technology.

Next is the component susceptible to Single Event Latch up (LETth)?

The OMAP-L138 is fabricated in CMOS technology.

I will let someone else address your question on SEL.

What is the term LETth? It did not find anything on an internet search.

Hi Randy,

LET refers to Linear Energy Transfer, the amount of energy deposited by the ionizing particle to initiate a latchup event.
