I have a customer needing the following data for the AM3892BCYG120.

"Besides the FIT data, we also need the "Soft Error" rates of the memory devices.
Please see if you could get me the Soft Error rate for the AM3892BCYG120.

Can you clarify your request and provide some environmental context?

The S-E rate seems to apply to memory. Are you looking for spec on device memory subsystem or something more global?

Also, the error rate seems environment dependent. What environment are you looking at?
