Need Help with kernel support for NAND flash

I have custom board with DM365 and Spansion S29GL064NTF104 flash chip (of 8 MBite size), with CFI interface, DEV ID=0x277E. Now needs work with montavista  (davinci linux-2.6-18_pro500) linux kernel, with dvsdk-2_10. I can not find a patch for this kernel to support this type of this type flash memory. Can anyone help me what to do or where to get the patch for this kernel to work with this nand fine.

default kernel with mtd driver hangs on boot...
