In our design, the processor of AM3358 is used. When flashing the nandflash (boot flash , MT29F2G08ABAEAH4) , the Device ID and other information can be read out, but the image data can't be written into the flash. The flashing tool is TI's nandflash tool for AM335x based on CCS 5.0(StartWare) .
I have checked my hardware design and don't find some errors. Should I have to modify the source code somewhere? or have some errors in my hardware design ? thanks!
