Are ou referring to the SCD algorihm in DVR RDK 3.0 16 channel progressive usecase ? If so you can control the frame rate of SclrLink dynamically using the link control cmd:SCLR_LINK_CMD_SET_FRAME_RATE

Note that DSP has Mhz to do only 2 channel SCD operation when operating on 16 channel CIF so even if you increase FPS it will not be realtime.

if this cmd will influence the fps for CIF encoding??

if yes, is there any way to adjust dynamically the fps only for SCD input frame rate?
