How to set DVO2/HDMI as different clock?

Dear Sir:

  I am using DM385. I have tried to set DVO2 and HDMI into 2 different resolutions.

Where HDMI as 74.25 to be 1080P and DVO2 to be 27MHz as 480i.

However, when I tried the below 2 cases, both set the color bar to display in the HDVENC HDMI/DVO1 and DVO2 each of the case the HDMI does not show the color bar.

1. PLL_VIDEO_1 to be 27MHz and PLL_HDMI to be 148.5MHz, and I saw the HDMI does not output anything.

2. PLL_VIDEO_1 to be 148.5MHz and PLL_HDMI to be 27MHz, and I saw the HDMI does not output anything.

Only when I set the PLL_VIDEO_1 and PLL_HDMI to be 148.5MHz, then I saw the HDMI output the color bar.

But I need the DVO2 output a 27MHz pixel clock to support the LCD in different resolution, is any possibility to do this because the datasheet say it can support 2 different resolution in HDMI/DVO1 and DVO2.
