I'm sorry, Daisuke, this was my mistake. The DATAx_REG_PHY_DLL_LOCK_DIFF_0 register doesn't seem to have any description in the SPRUH73H. I'll submit a documentation feedback regarding the absence of this information and hopefully it will be present in the next release of the TRM.

Meanwhile, I'll try to involve someone else from the team and try to find an answer for your question.

Daisuke,

the description is the same for the Data macros as it is for the CMD macros. These registers should be left in their default state and do not need to be written.
