AIF2 CPRI Max throughput

Hi,

I have a question about C6670 AIF2.

I want to know about max throughput of CPRI.

Is CPRI max line bit rate = 4915.2Mbps?
C6670 support 6 lines, so max throughput is 4915.2Mbps x 6 = 29491.2Mbps.
Is it correct?

Hi,

Yes. AIF2 HW stand point, it is true. we support 4.9152 Gbps as SERDES line rate but real IQ data throughput is a little bit lower than that because it has some overhead like 8b10b decoding and CPRI control word BW.
