Can you give some details? What Sitara processor? What do you mean by 'dip' positions?

am37x sir, dip 'sw4' switch positions. In order to connect the keyboard, enable bluetooth, wi-fi & conneting other peripherals

I don't know what board you have, but this is probably the TMDSEVM3730. SW4 of this board controls the SYSBOOT[6:0] processor signals. You can find their values in the AM37X Technical Reference Manual (http://www.ti.com/litv/pdf/sprugn4r), section 26. Board documentation can be downloaded from http://www.mistralsolutions.com/pes-support/support-downloads/amdm37x-evm-documentation-a-software.html, but you will have to set up an account on this site first.
