I'm planning to tranfer data below.

So, dose anyone have the acutual data throughput data from GPMC to USB on AM335x?

You haven't stated your pixel depth. Even without this information, on the GPMC side it seems that you want to transfer 16Mx17=272Mpixel per second. The maximum clock of the GPMC is 100MHz, and a GPMC transaction takes much more than one clock period.
