omap4460+twl6032 minimum system board can't work

hi,

We now design a minimum system board, with only OMAP4460 and TWL6032 chip, board power-on process,OMAP4460 SYS_NRESWARM pin keep on seting low,which means OMAP4460 reset cyclically,it looks like the ROM code set SYS_NRESWARM low and not set high no longer,I also added a pull-up resistor for SYS_NRESWARM,but the SYS_NRESWARM always been low, I've tested the CPU clock and voltage is normal, the board has been is not working, please help me.

Can you please share the debug logs? Also, please try with Smart Reflex disabled.

I was achun's colleague,now this problem is sovle ,it is just the amplitude of 38.4M crystals can't reach 1.8v, but the new problem is coming ,we have five pieces board ,however the component or board(which were the same batch)were all the same ,now,we have two pieces of them can booting from the usb(1)(other were not working) .at beginning the uart3 can out some unstable information of the kernel,but some times late ,this two board only can booting from the usb(1),but don't out anything from the uart3, during this time ,I doubt it may be the soldering arouse this problem ,so I use the heat gun to heat the omap 4460 chip ,after doing this ,the result is all the same ,uart3 not working.

can you give me some advice?

Looks like you are facing problems with HW design. I will not be able to comment on it, but you should start a new thread with an appropriate subject.. Someone with HW background will be able to help you.
