the minutia blur of DM8127

hi

I have a new appro IPNC .but the quality of it caputured video is not good.

first,let's see two picture.

the caputure of DM8127:

the caputure of another company's camera:

the compare of the patials:

left if another company's camera ;right is DM8127

we can see :1,see the black bag,the DM8127's gray depth is lose,we only see a hole black,but another keep the gray depth.

                     2,see the flower,the detail of the flower,the color of the DM8127 is more dark.and the edge of the DM8127 blur more compare the other.(in the video is more  obvious.)

                     3,color cast in the dark region of DM8127,we could see red in it.

I change the parameters in the web ,but no effect.

how can i solve the problem? thank you !

    Hi,

    From Web GUI try changing between  night mode / day mode . Please update if there is any difference in quality.

    If there is no improvement, then is more likely camera tuning issue. Most of the parameters can't be controlled/changed by the Web GUI.
    So you need to tune it for the best quality possible using various techniques. If you notice the edges of the door/white box/top of your glass chamber, which are slightly bent.
    This gives us the impression that, your camera is not tuned. So tuning is the Best way to have good picture quality.
