Flashing Android on Beaglebone black eMMC

Hello

         I got beaglebone black i 'm using both Android ICS and JB. and I'm booting beaglebone black from SD card. 

        I want to flash android image into eMMC flash memory.

       How to flash the Android image into eMMC ?
