    Lee,

    Welcome to E2E forum. I understand that you are using NDK for create the socket.
    Can you give some more details for check the error,
    1. Is it customized your own project or TI provided?
    2. If TI provided, mention the working project path from the package.

    Programmer can add the libraries in different way,
    1. Linker Command File(.cmd) (or)
    2. Project build properties-->File search path (or)
    3. Project files.

    May be NDK libraries are added in (.cmd), kindly verify.
    I assume that, you are using EVMC6738 board.
