AM335x termination capacitance

Hello,
There is a capacitance definition on AM35x datasheet.(sprs550e: P84)

I think its meaning is termination capacitance. Right?
My customer need termination capacitance on AM335x. Could you let me know about this?

If it isn't listed in the AM335X Datasheet I don't have it.

Could you check pin capacitance inside TI?

It is strange that there is no definition on datasheet.
It is needed for high speed system designing.

I have requested the pin capacitance data from the design team and AM335x data sheet update to include this information. I will reply to this post with the answer to your question once I have the data. However, it may take a while since the design team is busy with another task as this time.

We have been delayed getting the capacitance values you wanted. We hope to get this data next week, but you should be able to use the values provided in the IBIS models since these values represent the majority of the pin capacitance.

They are strongly needed pin capacitance.
Because they worry that the IBIS model is treated "AS IS".

How was the answer from design team?

The capacitance values found in the IBIS model currently represents the package capacitance which is largest portion of the total capacitance. Therefore, you should be able to use the capacitance values found in the IBIS for modeling.

Or, if you can say the value of IBIS and the value to update the datasheet are the same, you are OK.
