JellyBean is not booting on PandaboardES

Hi,

I have downloaded JellyBean4.2.2 from android site.I have compiled for PandaboardES.I am Trying to boot with out SGX.It is not Booting the device.The ANDROID  big logo is flickering.Can any body solve this problem.
