I need to understand for the GPIO what are the values of the PU and PD resistors, from the leakage current specification, I can guess they are in the range of 33K – 90K.
Could someone please qualify this?

You are correct the resistance is in the range of 13K - 200K ohms.
The leakage parameters provided in Table 3-13 of the AM335x Data Sheet is the best way to define the range of internal pull-up/pull-down resistance. Internal pull-up/pull-down resistors are implemented using weak transistors which have a wide range of resistance over process, voltage, and temperature. Since the internal resistors are implemented with transistors they are not linear which causes the resistance to be a function of voltage.
