A DSP static library in the Linux

Hi,

Now, I want to create a dsp static library. I have the source file and the include file, however, I don't want to create the library using CCS. 

Could I create the static library using the linux command line, for example cl6x, mklib...

What should I do to create the dsp static library in the Linux.

I did not install the CCS in the Linux and Windows.
