RS-485 testing on UART3 in AM3354 with Linux Platform

Dear Sir,

We are using ISO-3082 half duplex RS-485 with AM3354 with Linux platform as per attached Schematic.

We are using Isolated RS-485, so our driver IC is fixed. Now how and where I have to make changes to control the received and transmit through GPIO.
RS-485 Enable pin is => Pin 137 - B12 - gpio3_18
When transmitting any data by UART3, I want to make above GPIO high and after transmitting over this GPIO to be low. Where I have to do this correction in BSP or GUI software, if in BSP so exactly in which file??
Please help to do this correction.
