My configuration is CCS v5.4.0.00091, NDK 2.22.3.20, NSP 1.10.2.09, SYS/BIOS 6.35.1.29, System Analyzer 1.3.0.02.

and I am using OMAP-L138 DSPchip, XDS560V2 STM TRAVELER Emulator

Yesterday I just opened System Analyzer -> Stairstep JTAG Runmode example and compiled completely.

It was OK. I saw live session, CPU Load Graph etc.

Today I encoutered a crazy problem that live session, CPU Load and Task Load are empty.

RTOS Object View is running good but live session, CPU Load, Task Load are empty.

I could not enable System Analyzer -> CPU Load ..., but now I enable System Analyzer menus barely by check UIA, LoggingSetup etc.

Maybe I will be crazy before long.

Thanks for your replies very much !!

I did it 1, 2 before you said but as before that. CPU Load is empty.

and last 3, I just compiled and run example.

What should I do something for example?

There are number of project templates provided for use in CCS with System analyzer and UIA. You shall create sample system analyzer project and run your own sample example. Also, you can also troubleshoot system analyzer connection and the possible issues that might occur.
