DM8168 network problem

 Now  we have made own 8168 board, u -boot  that  use Ti dvrrdk3.0 version   has been burning successfully and debugging information   from the serial port   is normal, but  the network can't  ping ? Logo information is as follows:

Connect speed 100M

Using DaVinci EMAC device

ping failed; host 192.168.1.201 is not alive

    We've had similar problems with a particular netgear 10/100 switch.  Changing the switch to another model made it go away.  I wasn't able to figure out exactly what the issue was, but I suspect it had to do with flow control between the ET1011 PHY and the switch.
