Howdy Forum,
I downloaded CCS v5.4 and am interested in simulating a 2D FFT on a C6455 DSP. The gist of the problem is that I'm unsure of how precisely to set up the simulator, and haven't been successful thus far.
I started by creating a target configuration with the C64+ CPU Cycle accurate simulator, little endian. Next, I open the TI resource explorer and see generic code examples associated with the C6455 DSP in the BIOS/SYS examples. I select a generic example for my device and get it into my workspace, but then am unsure of how to associate my target configuration with that specific project.
Are there any simulator-specific projects that 'build out of the box'?
