I will eventually need to show the cause of or eliminate the following:
[ 8.416046] CLEANMARKER node found at 0x00d90000 has totlen 0xc != normal 0x0
[ 8.427612] CLEANMARKER node found at 0x00da0000 has totlen 0xc != normal 0x0
[ 8.481536] Empty flash at 0x00dafffc ends at 0x00db0000
[ 8.487121] CLEANMARKER node found at 0x00db0000 has totlen 0xc != normal 0x0
[ 8.700805] Empty flash at 0x01c5988c ends at 0x01c5a000
I get a plethora of the above when booting from my 8-bit Micron NAND flash drive, as the kernel tries to bring up the root file system. It is successful, but I would like to know if these messages indicate a problem. If so, what problem? Thanks.
[ 276.035980] JFFS2 notice: (682) check_node_data: wrong data CRC in data node at 0x051b720c: read 0x2de5fbbc, calculated 0xcd8f5697.
The above shows up intermittently while the system is running after boot. The same questions apply.\
I am running a modified AM3517 EVM linux kernel on an AM3505.
