Difference between sm320c26bfjm smj320c25-50fjm DSP's?

Hi Everyone,

i was wondering if anyone has ever looked into backward compatibility issues between SM320C25 and SM320C26 DSP's, of course, other than the Built in memory of the C26. I can't find any information on any process differences during production, or any differences in the technologies that would effect the performace, such as timing issues.
