Building UBL for AM1808

I'm trying building ubl for AM1808.
However, it dosn't work well.
I'm very happy if somebody give me advices to make it well.

1.CCS Project
First, I found dvsdk_omapl138-evm_4_01_00_09_setuplinux, and executed it on Linux.
Then, I extracted following to Windows.
\psp\board-utilities\src\boot-strap\armubl-03.20.00.14\ccsv3.3\ubl-omapl1x8.pjt
Next, on IDE, I imported above project.
File->Import -> Code Composer Studio -> Legacy CCSv3.3 Projects

2.IDE
Code Composer Studio Version: 5.4.0.00091 on Windows7

3.SoC
Our target board has AM1808

4.Writing tool
sfh_OMAP-L138.exe which is included in OMAP-L138_FlashAndBootUtils_2_40

5.Modified
I changed tool hex470.exe to armhex.exe.
The hex470 was not included in CCS 5.4.

I could build successfully, however, it dosn't work on our target board.
The prebuild ubl works well which is included following.
\psp\board-utilities\images\boot-strap\arm-nand-ais.bin

Hi,

You can build this in linux only as its OS software development kit.

If you are looking for non OS code, download Starterware for AM1808 which can be build in CCS and exectute on board with Emulator XDS100/XDS200.

Hi,

If you want build UBL/u-boot and kernel, follow the steps mentioned in user guide available installation directory.

Thanks for post.

The first is that you may want to download the latest version (DVSDK_4.03 04_03_00_06) of the tool and use it for development.

Finally, I could build the ubl on CSS5.4.

What I did is following.

・Modified File
postBuildStep_BOOT_NAND.bat

・Additional Files
HexAIS.exe, OMAP-L138-uart.ini

・Modification
