On C6678 we are planning to use EDMA3 with SYS/BIOS. At the end of the EDMA transfer we want to signal it to the Core with an interrupt (no polling).

My question is : what are the pros/cons of using EDMA LLD? EDMA3 CSL?

Which one provides the best compromise between performance/memory footprint/complexity?

Thank you there are some info there indeed.

I'd like to know if which one takes the most cycles ?

I'm already familiar with the EDMA CSL (which I used successfully without sysbios)

I'm a bit confused about the "ressource manager" of the LLD, I don't really get what it brings to the table.
I'm going to read a bit of documentation about it.
